Creating a 'Save this event to Calendar' button in an Outlook Mail

Hello;

I am going to start sending out html newsletters to our internal staff, who all use Microsoft Outlook as their mail client. I would like to have a button in this mail titled as above that would save an event (specified within the html) to their calendars.

Would a VB macro be involved?

Does anyone know how I might go about achieving this?

You can go into the calendar and open then event, then save the event as a .VCS file. Put that file on your web server and link to it from your email. People can click on the link to open the event and then hit save to save it to their own calendar.
