Creating a response file with R6? (setup.iss)

Does anyone know if R6 supports creating response files?
When using the -r to run setup in R6 I don't get the setup.iss file.

When I try the same in R5 - no problem..???

If you still need this I may be able to help. I was successfully able to create a transform/answer file with the Client version 6.5 using the InstallShieldTuner for Lotus Notes.
