Hi,

I'm trying to set a check box component in an Access form so that when selected, it will automaticaly pull four form field values in the current table and insert them into another table. I'm not proficent in VBA and am not sure how to do this. Can anybody help?

Thank you,

Jonathan

Sounds like you aready have knoledge on how to access the database..
Call the connection open it and then
.add
Add data here
.update
then close the connection

Hi,

I forgot to tell you but this is within Access it self, not from a data access page. I should have said that I needed help coding a module within access. The SQL stuff I can handle, but the VBA programming I'm no good at.
