I have a AES Server in service now, it's using a TSAPI link now. I have another TSAPI link that I need to hook up to the same AES server. I have created a new CTI-link 2 for it, I have never added a second link to a AES server before. Do I just skip building the TSAPI link since there is one cmprocr and move foward. I have uploaded the doc that I'm following and I get a duplicate link. Help Please

Ok I figured it out, since there is only one cmprocr I just need to do a few tweeks and add the user name and password for the new product. Easy peasy when you think about it.

Thanks anyway DA BIG KAHUNA

To be fair, you only need 1 CTI link per switch for TSAPI unless you're exceeding some threshold or limit of TSAPI itself.

To say, 1CM-->1CTI link to AES--> many accounts for TSAPI that many applications can use.

It can be tidier to have it down to 1 CTI link per application for tracing and stuff but isn't entirely necessary.
