Creating a new ACD Group

I have created my ACD group I just cannot seem to log into it. I have symposium and my agent worked perfectly on another group. I outted my phone and created it again under the new group. I go through the login process on my 3904 and it logs me in fine. I hang up the receiver and it logs me out. What could I be doing wrong?

OK, I'll try that. I created a group that was identical to the group I was in before (we hit our 120 limit) and it had HOML YES.

homl yes (handset on means logout) is provided for 2216 sets without handsets

Yes, that was the first mistake I made. I forgot to reaquire it. That is 30 minutes of my life wasted. Again, thank you John.
