Creating a Mailbox for the Backup Exec Service Account??!

What does this mean? It appears when i select the Exchange mailboxes tick box.

Another box appears saying:

"Please enter the unique Exchange mailbox name that belongs to the Backup Exec Services Account"

How do i find this out?

Are you attempting to back up individual exchange mailboxes? Have gone through all the necessary steps? An overview may be found here?

Thanks for your reply, bendjo, it appears that Exchange caused an error and when i restarted the system, it backed up ok.
