Creating a group policy template for Windows XP outside a directory. 1

I have 4 public PC's that I'm testing GP with. I would like to setup one template then use it on all four PC's. These PC are not part of a directory. Does anyone know of a way to do this?

Thank you very very much. I came back thinking I might need to add more info to my post, since I seem to never include enough info when posting. It's been hard searching google on this topic since I get tons of results in configuring GP within an AD.
