Hi Everyone,

I am new to programming in Flash and need some help. I'm using Flash 6.0.

I need to create a horizontal menu that could load the menu options form an xml file. The main feature I'm looking to get is once the user clicks one of the menu buttons it changes colour and disables the button but enables all other buttons. This way they know what they have clicked into and can't click the button multiple times.

The template that comes with flash is very close to what I need but doesn't contain these required parameters.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
Mark

Thanks! The disabling of the button is just what I'm looking for but I just realized I didn't mention we also need the ability to have some of the buttons dropdown horizontally beneath the original menu. Sorry for being a pain.. but any help would be great!!!

Thanks
Mark
