Creating a dynamic picture in a report

I have a requirement to have a sketch of a property come up as part of a report. I am calling this report from an Ora form. I'm passing the parameter, but what would I assign this parameter as the file name (source) to?

Parameters are simply one of the tree-view options, under data model. There are 2 types: one is System Parameters, the other User Parameters. Under user params, you can add custom-made params that you can pass from a form or that you want the user to place values into when they first run the report.
