Creating a DW column dynamically.

I need to create a DW column dynamically...and remove it after my usage. Can anyone please tell me how this can be done.

A little more information would be useful. When you say remove it do you mean make the column invisible?

By removing it, I mean removing the column from the DW itself. I just want this newly added column to use in a DW expression and then delete it.
