creating a database for a pc which hasnt got access installed

Does anyone know how to get started on this or done this before. I have had installed Visio studio tools installed but will create it for me.

It should be on a seperate CD. If you don't have the developer extensions, you won't be able to create installation packages for distribution to those that do not have full verions of access.
