Creating a Custom Group

I'm trying to create a custom group w/ two different continents: North America and South America. I click on GROUP and select IN SPECIFIED ORDER. I create a goup for North America and add countries to it and the same for South America. When I go to run the report - it only gives me North America and Others, but no South America. Anybody know what the problem is?

Have you tried going into the Others tab and choosing "Leave in their own groups" This may help narrow down what is happening to your South America group. Kim

I clicked on the Others tab and chose "discard all others" and it worked. Thx.
