I need to have a cross tab look like the following.

Jan Feb Mar YTD 2006 YTD Plus/Minus % 2007 Full Year
A&W $50 $10 $30 $90 $100 -10 10% $1500
Buddy $10 $10 $10 $30 $15 15 50% $1000

Right now I have

Jan Feb Mar
YTD
2006 YTD
Plus/Minus
%
2007 Full Year

How do I get all the columns to be next to the months?

Thanks.

I forgot to mention that I am using CR10, but it's not the full version. It came with MAS 500.

Thanks for your help.

A crosstab is a quick simple set of totals, based on matching one value against another. For anything more complex, a Mock-Crosstab must be created. (Use SEARCH for details.)

I think you might manage your design. Do a formula field to split months and years. If the year is the current year, split by month. For prior years, lump by year. This value could then be used for a crosstab.

To get this split, something like
Code:
If Year({your.date}) = Year(currentdate)
then Month({your.date})
else Year({your.date})
