I was wondering if someone here knows of a way to create a baseline CD with all the patches included under installations process.

we need to be able to have a server completly installed with the OS and McAfee and all microsoft patches before putting it out on the network. is there a tool that can help us create jsut such a CD?

Check Microsoft's tech-web.

This process is known as slipstreaming. Its quite common in large enterprises. Instead of using tools you could also just play around with the winnt.sif and cmdlines.txt files on the CD and write your own simple scripts. msfn.org has some great info on slipstreaming but their tool was a bit buggy when I tried it last a few months back.
