CreateProcess doesn't work after inst Hotfix for Wind2000

Environment:Windows2000,Visual Basic 6.0,Access 97

After upgrading Windows 2000 with nine Hotfixes (
Reference #s Q282010,Q307869....Q320552),
the API function "CreateProcessWithLogonW" no longer
created a new process.
Any ideas? Thanks.

Hello!
I have a similar problem. After installing the latest hotfixes for windows2000 I have a problem to close a process that is started with createprocess. How did u solve the problem???
