Alright, here's what the user did:

1. He's using a iPaq H1930 Processor Samsung S3C2410 OS: Windows CE 4.2.
2. Installed these runtime files on the pocket PC by using the file explorer option in ActiveSync to copy over the .cab file, and then clicking on it inside the pocket PC:

If he clicks on the .cab file again, it says it is already installed.

3. Ran the setup file (package created inside eVB) on the desktop PC while the pocket PC was cradled.

4. It installed the application but whenever he runs the .vb file it says "There is no application associated with "nameoffile". Run the application first, then open this file from within the application.

What are we doing wrong here??? I walked another user through it and the program opens fine. He's using a Dell Axiom though. Any ideas? Thanks again for all the help!

Guess there is an issue with some running eVB. Check out this program to see if it helps...

Can not find anything directly related to WM2003 or the device that sets it apart from any other PPC.
You might have to do a hard re-set of the device and install the eVB run times again and then the program.

I will keep looking, let me konw if the above works or not.

Sweet man that looks like it might help. I'll get back to you!

Didn't work. How do I do a hard-reset and does that wipe out all the programs/files we installed
