Hello all. Hope you're having a good day! Here's my dilemma:
I have a secured database in Access 2000 and from that database I have created a form which essentially serves as the launch pad for all functions of my database. Therefore I would like to do one of the following:
Option A. Preferably I would like to create a shortcut to the form and simply instruct users to launch the shortcut. I know you can do this with an unsecured database, but when I try to do it in this secured database, I get an error saying I don't have the necessary permissions. It doesn't know enough to prompt for a username and password.
Option B. Auto-run the form when the database is opened.
Any help on either of these options would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!
