create screensaver from flash file?

does anyone know how to do this? i'd like to take a flash file that i made and create a screensaver from it.

this probably isnt the best way of doing it but you could just export your flash file as an avi or a mov and then download one of those free movie to screensaver creators from somewhere. im sure there are straight through fla/swf to screensaver converters itll just take a little bit of searching

download.com i found one called "AVI Screensaver 4.2". just punch that into the search field and try downloading it. just so you know, ive never used this before, i just picked out the highest rated free screensaver creator on download.com

Hello! kxo129 I have some suggestion on how you can create your own screensaver using flash its a little bit simple. But first download Creator software from FlashJester.

First you have to make your windows projector file(Mac not supported).

Second Open your projector file on creator.

Third Create your Screensaver using Creator a Demo version is downloadable on

http://www.flashjester.com

Final install it on your PC.

then walla!

thanks for this useful tip, i've downloaded the trial version of creator...however, i'm not sure exactly what you mean by 'windows projector file'...is this just the .swf file?

When you export your Flash movie, Publish it is a projector. This is like an swf but doesn't require a plugin. This is what you will make your screensaver from.
