Question, I wanna create a report using information that I have in one of my forms. However, my form has a subform in it that I want to acquire information from as well. Can and How would I create that report? Do I have to create a Query for that? Or can I just use the "add existing fields" tool that Access 07 offers?

Thanks!!!!

You can create a subreport similar to your subform. Use the Link Master/Child properties of the subreport like you would the subform.

I created a subreport, but when I click on the "view report" button that I put on my form, I can only see the info from the main report, I can't see the info for the sub report? Any ideas??

Check the Link Master/Child properties to make sure they are reasonable. If this doesn't help, come back with more information about your report and subreport.

I have them both linked just like I have my forms linked, I checked them twice...have no clue???

Can you tell us anything or do we need to guess? If subreports on main reports weren't so common with very few issues, we might be able to provide some hints.

Provide the SQL of your record sources.

What are the Link Master/Child properties?

Where is the subreport located on the main report?
