Create PDF and then e-mail straight away

Hi,

Does Adobe Acrobat 5.0 allow you to create a PDF from a Word file (or whatever) and then attach it to an e-mail IN ONE STEP? Just like Zip and e-mail in Winzip 8.0 - very useful feature.

This would be VERY IMPORTANT if I am to recommend program to my company, would need to make it easy to e-mail PDF files instead of original Word docs (otherwise people may not bother using).

I do hope you can help me.

Yes, it does.
When you install Acrobat, you will find there is an extra 'pdf maker' toolbar available in word. This toolbar has an icon 'Convert to Adobe PDF and Email'
 
Hi,

That's super - just what we'd be looking for.

Especially if it will cost us just £75 to upgrade from a version 3, 4 or 5 either provided on cover CDs, or pre-installed on PCs, or provided with software.
