I would like to create my own help file in an access database

Have had a pretty good look around, and there dose not seem to be any simple demos of how to best do this.

Would appreciate any help in where i would find a .mdb with a help file, that i could download.

Search for Microsoft HTML Help Workshop, that is free from Microsoft, by which you can create help files.
and a tutorial here.

There are many paid softwares available
google "html help with access"

I would recommend using a full-featured help authoring tool such as HelpSmith. (not freeware but HTML Help Workshop is the worst way to create help files in my opinion).

I used this simple module from the HS website that helped me integrate a CHM with my VBA program. Think it will work for MS Access as well.
