Create Outlook email from dBase

I would like to use data from my DBF's to create Outlook email messages automatically, posting appropriate data into Outlook fields To..., CC...,Subject: and text.

I'm using Visual dBase 5.5 and Outlook 2002 (which invokes Word 2002).
