Hi All,

I'm trying to create a new que/split from a did into an neax2000 IVS.
In call centre works I have created the split, pilot and ccv.
I have assigned the DID to a virtual LEN.
I have set cmd 172 and 171
I have assigned agents to the new que, they have verified that when the log in the new que is listed
I have reset CCW v 3.07

I can see the que's in ccw yet when I call in to the DID
I am put in que and yet the call is not picked up by any agent.
CCW does not see the call. If i watch the split statistics the call does not show up at all.
I end up going to the final point on the ccv, a vmail box.

Any help would be apreciated

Can you call the pilot internally and have it route correctly?
Did you assign the new pilot on a virtual LEN lower than 0127 in CM 11 (if this is IVS)?
Make sure you assign the pilot to a UCD group (CM 172) of an existing CCW pilot that you know works.
CM 171 for the new pilot must be set to a 3.
Also the pilot and position assignments MUST be done in the PBX before being assigned in the CCW.
So if you assigned pilot data in the CCW before the PBX you will need to delete it and then re-assign it confirming first that it is set in the PBX correctly.
