Create Mask Broken in Samba 2.2.8

I have upgraded one RedHat 8.0 box to Samba 2.2.8 and now Create Mask no longer works. The Directory Mask option works fine but no matter what I specify for Create Mask the new files are assigned permissions 764 when I need them to be 775. This is very important and no one so far has answered my question elsewhere.

I haven't yet upgraded to 2.2.8 but you might want to try "force create mask" instead.

I tried that but when I ran testparm it said that it didn't recognize that command in the config file.

Actually I think that it is "force create mode" sorry.
