Create Email suddently missing from Word 2003

I no longer have an option to create a new email from word 2003. When I go to File/New it's offers create new:
Blank document
XML document
Web page
From existing document

BUT the create new email option that has always been there is now missing.

Anyone got a clue?

If you are using Outlook, are you using word as the email editor if not put a tick in the box as this could be why you are getting this problem

thanks for the tip. I just did a repair on Word and the email choice is back....MS Gremlins!?
