I would like to make the email address "email@domain.org" as a hyperlink instead of just text.

.Body = "Attached you will find the latest Report. Please update." _
& Chr(13) & Chr(13) & "Important Notice: Text of email." _
& Chr(13) & Chr(13) & "Text 1" & Chr(13) & "Text 2" & Chr(13) & "Text 3" & Chr(13) & "Text 4" & Chr(13) & "email@domain.org

Usually the client side mail reader does that automatically, don't it ?

Hope This Helps, PH.

I have sent the email to myself. It comes out as text. I am using MS Outlook 2003. It looks like this in the body of the email:
__________________________________________________________
Attached you will find the latest Report. Please update.

Important Notice: Text of email.

Text1
Text2
Text3
Text4
email@domain.org [Viewed as text. Not hyperlink]

I don't think there is any way of controlling that - it is dependent on the receiver's email client. The only things you can more or less guarantee getting through are text or attachments (and some email clients block some attachments). If the email client accepts it, you could send HTML, but not all mail clients interpret that.

Incidentally, the email address in your last message came out as a link on the bulletin board.

To get the link you will have to use HTML

.HTMLBody = "<A HREF='mailto:email@domain.com'>email@domain.com</A>

And this ?
.Body = "Attached you will find the latest Report. Please update." _
& Chr(13) & Chr(13) & "Important Notice: Text of email." _
& Chr(13) & Chr(13) & "Text 1" & Chr(13) & "Text 2" & Chr(13) & "Text 3" & Chr(13) & "Text 4" & Chr(13) & "mailto:email@domain.org"

Hope This Helps, PH.

Thank you Bogieman, the code worked. The email address is now a hyperlink. This is the code I got to work.

.HTMLBody = "Attached you will find the latest Report. <p> Important Notice <p> Text1 <br> Text2 <br> Text3 <br> Text4 <br> <A HREF='mailto:email@domain.com'>email@domain.com</A>"
