Create Common Abbreviation 1

Hi,
Hope somebody can help me.
I need to create a new "Common Abbreviation" wich points to an external international number.
When I give the command MDSH> NANSI:NUMTYP=AC,NUMSE=6966; I get the failure:
NOT ACCEPTED
NUMBER SERIES
ALREADY ASSIGNED

I think I need to move the extension 6966 out of the normal extensionrange, but how?
Or is there an other solution?
