Create Address labels

I have created a query which sorts according to date.

What i need is a command button to take the results and print out address labels/envelopes either via access or word.

any help would be appriciated

Have you tried creating a form to print the address labels?

What I would point out is you probably don't need to print from this query. I doubt there's a need to sort the labels by date.

 
the table is basically a list of applications recieved. Spaces are limited and so must be sorted on a first come first serve basis. The applications are sometimes recieved years in advance (for a school) some of the people who are contacted have either moved or are no longer interested.

if i create a form, how do i tell it to scroll through the records and print each one?

Have you tried going into reports/new/labels

problem sorted

access 2003 has a button on the menu bar which lets you merge the results of a query directly to word using wizard
