Hello,
I have an NBX100 and we want to give the IT a direct line to their extension - bypass reception. I have no clue how this canbe stup with the NBX100.

Help

Just go to the properties for that analog port (trunk line) and set the auto extension value to your extension. It in effect, creates a DID mapping, even with regular phone lines. I am assuming you have reg. analog lines, and not a PRI or T1

Thanks Fission2
I'm assuming we have analog lines. If I select ISDN/T1 boards, the system gives an error no I very new to this system. I find it easy to work with, but a lot of the functions I becoming familar with. I'm going to see if I can find the trunk line.
