Create a Phantom extension to dial a different extension

I need to be able to create a Phantom extension to dial an offline node which is in a different Mitel environment. Things are setup that I can dial the other site via extension. I am creating a hunt group that needs to have phones at that location to be part of. Once I get this part figured out I need to expand to have them dial telephone numbers.

We have a Mitel 5000. MiVoice Office 250 DB Programming.

DB Programming Version 6.0.11.84
Call Processing Version: 6.0.11.120
Voice Processing Version: 6.0.11.117
