Create a local account remotely

Hi, is there anyway to create a local user account from a remote computer using a batch script? I was going to do it using Computer Managment and connect to each computer. But there must be a better way of doing this. Any help would be great. Thanks

Are you sure that NET LOCALGROUP will not do what you want?
