Can you make a dll using VB6 Working model edition(an ActiveX dll)?

No, you can't. You can create ocx controls with VB5 CCE, VB6 WME does not compile projects (anyway, you are limited to 'exe' projects).

I believe you can with Visual Basic 2005 Express Edition. I could be mistaken, but I'm under the impression you can. I only tried it briefly before switching to the non-express edition.

Ummmm, this could be answered easily by actually starting a new project. If it can, then ActiveX DLL will be one of the choices. If it can't...then it won't.
