Create a 100% stacked bar chart for Survey data

Hi All:

I have a few questionnaires with all the answers "Strongly agree, agree, neutral, disagree and strongly disagree". I need to make each questionnaire as a bar and the answers show the stacked percentages.
I only could make a chart for each questionnaire.

I want to combine those charts onto one chart since the possible answers are same.

Can anyone help me?

I have configured it out by myself.

Solution:

Create a pivot table that the contents need to be in Category group and counts for "Strongly disagree, disagree, neutral, agree, Strongly agree" are row records.
