CRASHED SERVER

Over the weekend, we had a sever to crashed. It contained our ARC-Serve backup SW and Exchange database on it.
I reinstalled Exchange on another server and recreated the mailboxes for our users. Then I installed ARC-Serve on another NT box.

The problem is now I am trying to restore.

1. I scanned and merged the data.
2. Time for restore---- Keep receiving an unrecoverable
data error.

Someone please tell me what I am doing wrong. Thank you in advance.

I forgot to mention that we use Exchange 5.5. Thank you.

Can you dump the mailboxes from Arc-Serve as .pst files? If so, you should be able to use Exmerge to put the contents back.

read this paper, recover server on a standby recovery server. exmerge mbx and exmerge them to your newly created server.

Or use 3th party tools like ontrack powercontrols
