Has anyone else experienced cracking or popping noises on messages and voice prompts on a Call Pilot 100 version 2.0? Voicemail still works fine, but popping noises are heard throughout the voicemail.
This is what I have tried and I have 2 customers with this problem.
One Customer we replace wiring to the Call Pilot, change ports, reset the database and re-programmed, replace power supply, and physically moved the Call Pilot.
The other customer, we actually replaced the KSU and Call Pilot, and did all the above too, but with no success.
Any suggestions would help.
