CR9 and Organization

How can sum up different products on my report. I have 4 groups of products : 585 Plus 585 Plus-9 585 Plus-9RF and 585.


I want to summarize each product at the end of a report in the report footer. How can I sum up each product and individually display them?

What are you summing?

You can't sum a product as it's text, so try to state specifics.

You can create a sum of a field in a Running Total, and in th Evaluate->Use a formula place:

{table.product} = "585 Plus"

Soit will only sum the field for that product, so if you create 4 of them it will work.

Not sure why you wouldn't just group on the product and use conventional sums and suppress the details and group header, it would look the same.

I suggest that you not try to state the architecture to be used as you don't understand Crystal, data or the English language.

Post the software version, database, example data and show the expected output until you learn all of the above.
