On most PCs, our CR8.5 reports, displayed over the Web, are loaded and displayed with no problem. However, one or two PCs have failed to display the reports, giving just a blank grey screen with a red 'X' in the top left corner.
There are no obvious differences between these PCs and others which work fine. All are using the ActiveX viewer on IE5.
Anybody know what's going on and how to correct it?
