CR5 & Windows 2000

I have installed CR5 on a windows 2000 machine and now all reports based on qry files fail to run. The message given is : xbase error : could not open the file. Any ideas

I have a similar problem with Crystal 7 on a Citrix XP server. Since the customer upgraded from Citrix 1.1 none of the reports using queries have worked.

Have gone on site and found that the installation should be done by a user with Administration rights.
