I have crystal reports that are based on data in an Access 2000 database, the database is stored on a shared drive for the users that will be updating the information and the crystal reports are to be viewed on our company intranet. We use crystal reports viewer for viewing the reports on the intranet and my coworker in the web dept has a template for setting the reports up on the intranet. The template is for SQL reports this is the first with an Access database. The issue is that whe you try to open the crystal reports you get a logon box for the database, how can you push this through without asking for a username and password?

Thanks in advance

If you are using Crystal Viewer or Server, then in Central Managment Console (CMC), click on your report, go to Process tab, then Database. Configure your database information, and then at the bottom where section says "When viewing report", check on "Use same database logon as when report is run"

Hope that help!

Thanks for your response to this issue I will try this to see if it works.
