CR X-11 R2 - Free Form Placement Missing

I have 11.5.0.313 and I do not have "free form placement" as an option in the "Session Expert" ? We checked in 11.0.0.895 and it is there.

Has anyone else noticed this ?

Anyone know of a fix ?
