CR report which provide 365 days horizontally

Hi all,

I must create a report which display the absence for all employees by input a period date as variable.

Example:
Start Datum:01/01/13
Date:31/12/13

Name KW1 KW2 .....etc. KW52 Sum absence
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 1 2 3 4 5 6 7
Schmit Jürgen K K K K K K K K K K 10
Muster Peter K K K K K K K K K K K K K K K K K K K K K 15 (without weekend)
.........
.... etc...

K stands for ill. My problem is, how can I show the whole "K"-fields in horizontally and in variable length with Start and End date?
I cannot explain every day as a single field!? The data for the report I get it from a database.
Maybe somebody has an idea, how to solve this display problem!?
