CR: Physical Database Not Found Error

Hi. I'm having a problem installing my app on a clien pc.

I've read a previous posting about this error and can't get the app running.

I check and already have the following files:
MFC42.DLL (version 6.00.8447.0 or above)
and p2ssql.dll and p2sodbc.dll

Now i'm not sure what exactly is needed to fix this problem. Can anyone help please?

You probably did this already, but just in case you missed it: make sure the drive with the database is mapped to the client PC, and remember to set the database location in the report to point to the mapped drive.

I need to map the drive?
I didn't know/do that. I'll give it a try since i'm out of ideas.

Well, it's definitely a dll problem.
I remade my setup package and included all the dll's i found in /winnt/crystal and some from /system32.

The runtime.hlp does help in finding which dlls are needed.

you can use report distribution expert from the report menu in crystal report designer. It will create one setup.exe which includes all support files (DLL).
Now rum this setup.exe on client's PC, the physical database not found error will be resolved.
