CR 9 runtime installation over writes "Crystal EnterpriseExpress 10"

Hi,

I would like to know if anyone else has run into this and if there are any fixes to this issue:

"Crystal Enterprise Express 10" installed on Windows 2003 SBS.
Installing crystal reports runtime version 9 over writes the runtime library of "Crystal Enterprise Express 10".
