CR 9 and PDF labels not printing correctly

I know that a problem concerning CR 8.5 printing OK from CR but not exporting Avery labels correctly to PDF was raised not long ago (and the answer was to get a particular export patch).

Printing Crystal generated labels via a Web browser would be a really helpful capability. However, it seems that I've got the same problem with CR 9 not exporting Avery labels to PDF or printing Avery labels correctly to ePortfolio Lite. With the latter program, specifically, 14 labels are truncated to 12. With "print to PDFs" (the default printing mechanism) and "export to PDF" they also shift out of alignment as they go down the page. Thankfully with "export to MS Word" they stay in the correct place.

Perhaps the answer is another patch. I thought I would have all I needed in Service Pack 1 for CR 9, but apparently not.

Does anyone have any bright ideas, please.

If anyone using A4 stationery (i.e. European users) has had this problem on a Windows 2000 network, I recently got the solution from Crystal Decisions support.

You need to make sure that the Report Application Server service(which gets ePortfolio Lite working) is set to "Log On" as an Administrator. The default Local System account log on is not good enough and will not connect you to your network printer drivers (which, if you are European, will have been set up to handle A4 stationery) - hence ePortfolio Lite defaults to US Letter stationery.
