I have a subreport that is used to list the six required reviewers (electronic signatures) that have verified the accuracy of the data in the main report, sometimes it is necessary if changes have to be made to have the reviewers reverify. This results in more than six entries.
The subreport needs to select the last six Date & Time stamped entries, the report works if Acsending order (newest to oldest from the top down) is selected but I have been requested to put them in Desending order. In Desending order (oldest to newest from the top down) and there are more that 6 entries then the newest entry will not be shown as the first entry.

Can you give some example data & layouts as well as the version of Crystal you are using?

Thanks

What selection are you using? Have you considered selecting more and then suppressing some?

Or grouping and using Maximum or Minimum?
