CPU usage & memory usage OID + blocked by LACP

i've got two questions :
does someone knows the OID where i can retrieve the cpu usage and memory usage on a Procurve 2625 ?
What "blocked by LACP" means in the logs ? is it related to autonegotiacion ?

I found some answers on HP sites :
- I found the OID i was looking at
- I found the steps to desactivate LACP

But for the moment i'm not really sure to understand what is LACP.
if someone can explain me what it is used for , i 'll greatly appreciate.

Do you know why port have to be bring down and then up by LACP ? what a strange and permissive behaviour !!

For the moment i desactivated the LACP and nobody is screaming anymore.... so should be good ;-)
