Cpu monitoring; SNMP permission problem

Hi,
i'm trying to use with the "avaya P580/P5882 manager" the application "cpu utilization" but when the cpu monitoring starts a error window appears (SNMP ERROR:error activating device cpu monitoring;probably because of snmp permission problem).

any advice for me?
