CPU Message 2

Upon opening XP Windows I recieved he following
C:\PROGRAM1\OPENSIW1\UNINST m 1 .EXE

The NTVD COU has encountered an illegal instruction.
CS:053 IP:0177 OP:63 6f 64 69 6e
Choose 'Close" to terminate the application.

I chose close but not other issues were encountered.

I have 3 Hard Drives in my computer 2 running NTFS system one Fat 32

Has anyone any ideas what my computer encountered?

Have you run a game called "Farscape"?

I looked up the error code and the closest i could find was: (5 similar cases also)

Thanks Saradine, Sure looks similar error message although not running NT only XP. Not sure it helps although I report nothing unusual happening to PC since I recieved message so assume it a problem not to get too worried about... thanks for your interest
