I have a customer who's main number hits AA and the options point to skill sets. They are complaining incoming calls have started dropping mid conversation, I can see nothing other then "CPU load above tolerance 98% for more than [5] minu" in the alarms, can anyone shed some light as to what this actually means and what I need to do???
