CPND

After I retrieved the names using OTM , if i want to chnge the names I get this Message :

NO CPND CONFIGURATION RECORD AXIST FOR THIS CUSTOMER.

Any explanation fo that pls

can you go to ld 95 and prt cpnd? sounds like you've got a great copy of otm.. i do not use or recogemend that software.

thanks John , could u pls explain how to get cpnd to use it for corporate directory ? anothe thing do i have to choose cpnd instead cpnd name from viw, then why i have to select SSTAT from global update ?
